1. No Refund on Services Rendered
Once a service has been initiated, no refunds will be provided. This includes, but is not limited to:
Paid Advertising Campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
SEO & Social Media Services
Website Development
Lead Generation Campaigns
2. Advance Payments
All services require advance payment. This confirms your commitment and allows us to begin work. Refunds will not be issued once payment is made and work has started.
3. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a service before the work has begun. In such cases:
A partial refund may be issued at our discretion after deducting administrative/consultation charges.
If work has already started, no refund will be applicable.
4. Non-Delivery of Service
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be considered.
5. Performance Expectations
Digital marketing results depend on multiple variables including platform policies, ad performance, market response, and audience behavior. As such:
We do not guarantee specific results (like leads, sales, or rankings).
Refunds will not be entertained based on perceived performance or subjective expectations.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us at support@zorvixtech.in. We will make every effort to address your concerns professionally and fairly.
ZORVIX TECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
